About the Role:
We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our rapidly expanding shipping and haulier business. This is a varied role that requires a can do attitude, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills. No two days will be the same, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
Logistics Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Front of House Reception: Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and providing a professional, friendly experience.
* Brand Ambassador always representing the company positively and maintaining high service standards at all times.
* Providing strong customer service support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
* Delivery of exceptional administrative support with great attention to detail, using MS Office suite and internal systems.
* Assist Senior Management up to Director level with general administration and personal assistant tasks as required.
* A full UK drivers licence is essential, as the role may requires moving private vehicles for the business and customers as required.
* Adapt to changing business needs and taking on varied tasks with a flexible approach.
* Bilingual - language skills from across Europe will be considered as advantageous for communicating with both our customers and suppliers, particularly Spanish or Dutch but not beneficial.
