Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
1. Daily management of the technical & quality team.
2. Manage technical and quality requirements standards and performance for our service provision customers.
3. Maintain site compliance to BRC.
4. Maintain Quality Management system.
5. Handle customer complaints.
6. Technical administration - review specifications, liaise with customers & suppliers, and manage non-conformance reports.
7. Regularly liaise with customers & suppliers.
8. Support customers and ethical and sustainability initiatives.
9. Assist technical and product managers in managing procedures, processes, and legality.
10. Visit suppliers.
