MCS Group is currently working with one of the largest manufacturing companies in Northern Ireland who are on the lookout for an IT Service Desk Supervisor to oversee the current team and jump into the hands-on support when necessary In this role you will be responsible for: Oversee the current service desk and provide assistance and support when required. Manage the process of all incoming ticket queries and delegate tasks to relevant team members. Review closed requests and ensure they have been completed to Service Desk SLA's. Assess open requests and escalate to next level of the service desk when required. Identify scopes of project work being undertaken by the service desk. To be suitable for this role you must have: Degree level education or similar in related field (IT) Minimum of 1 year experience Supervising or Leading a service desk team. 2 years of experience minimum supporting service desk tickets.
