Change Management – Defence
Location: Corsham
Site Attendance: 3–4 days per week
£400 day rate Umbrella Inside IR35
Security Clearance: SC Cleared

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change SME to provide dedicated support to the DMICP Programme and ELMS Contract within the MEDIS delivery team.
This role plays a key part in managing and executing change activities, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment across project and technical teams. You'll act as the focal point for change governance within the ELMS Change Board and ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the ELMS Change Board process
* Guide changes through formal governance routes
* Develop and implement tailored change management plans
* Create resistance management strategies and stakeholder engagement communications
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks
* Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align outputs with project objectives
Requirements
* Existing SC Clearance
* Strong background in Change Management within complex programmes
* Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups
* Excellent communication and planning skills
* Willingness to attend the Corsham site 3–4 days per week
