Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and co-ordinate scheduling, recruitment, vetting, logistics, and support for these functions as required.
2. Act as a support role across various functions to step in and assist where necessary.
3. Organise and coordinate monthly or ad hoc team meetings to ensure effective communication and status updates.
4. Manage the diaries of managers in Teams to ensure full visibility of schedules and whereabouts.
5. Ensure staff are ready and rostered to support upcoming shows.
6. Ensure all staff have the relevant site information, briefings, ID badges, and show-specific ID passes.
7. Maintain logistics information for each show on Smartsheet, ensuring all necessary details are in the Teams Event Folder.
8. Report to the Operations Director and/or Sales team to ensure all support functions are on target.
