Our client is looking for experienced technical advisors to join their market-leading boiler company. You will be part of a team providing technical advice to gas engineers and customers.
Minimum Requirements: A passion for customer service and a good problem-solving aptitude that allows you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
Salary: £25,756, plus a bonus of up to £1,500 per annum. Overtime is also available.
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 12pm on a Saturday.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Your Role: Work as part of the service technical department to provide advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users. Interpret and explain technical information and instructions over the telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
