* Maximize Sales & Profits – Drive customer sales across all OX product categories, hitting targets and exceeding the territory’s budget with strong margins.
* Territory Mastery – Manage your territory like a pro, hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while ensuring top-notch customer service and coverage.
* Be a Sales Dynamo – Maintain a regular call cycle, keep your customer base engaged, and actively uncover new business opportunities to keep your sales engine running.
* Lead Key Account Growth – Support and present National and Key Account initiatives, delivering on growth targets set by the National Sales/Key Account Manager.
* Promote & Grow – Present OX’s promotional activities to boost sales and increase shelf space in every customer outlet.
* Strategic Resource Management – Effectively manage Merchandisers, Trade Shows, and Product Management support to keep your sales pipeline flowing smoothly.
* Spot New Opportunities – Always be on the lookout to add more OX display stands to current and new customers, hitting your daily KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Field Sales Experience – Bonus points if you’ve worked in the construction industry, but it’s not a deal-breaker!
* Top-notch Relationship Skills – Ability to build and maintain strong connections at all levels of the company.
* Exceptional Communication – Whether it’s written or verbal, you know how to engage and inspire both internal teams and external partners.
* Proven Sales Track Record – You’ve got experience in account management and a history of smashing sales goals.
* Self-Starter – You're highly motivated, goal-oriented, and take the initiative to drive results.
* Full Driving Licence – Essential for this exciting role.
