We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of an Early Help Case Manager, on a 1-month contract, likely to be extended at the client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £15.63 - £20.14 per Hour
Responsibilities:
* To work to deliver the targets set down in the service and team business plan.
* To act as the lead professional in Early Help cases in line with service guidance.
* To complete structured assessments and planning, commission, facilitate or deliver intervention plans, and undertake reviews of children, young people, parents, carers, and families in line with service guidance.
* To chair multi-agency Team Around the Family/Child meetings.
* To keep timely and accurate records of work, including running records and the entry of data as specified.
Qualifications:
* A professional qualification (including assessed practice) at NVQ level 4 or above.
* A minimum of three years of experience working with children, young people, and their families.
* Experience of managing challenging situations.

* You should have the right to work in the U.K.
* This role requires an enhanced DBS.
