Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and social skills.
2. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
3. Implement individualized support plans and track progress.
4. Foster a safe and nurturing environment to encourage growth and development.
5. Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working with children and/or with autism is preferred but not essential.
