Technical Audit & Compliance Manager (Compliance & Quality)
Remote/Hybrid - London/Bristol/Manchester/Birmingham
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain Internal Audit Programmes.
2. Relevant inputs are made during external audits.
3. Undertake Compliance, Discipline and IMS Audits (in accordance with the 3 lines of defence model).
4. Process non-conformities that are identified through the audit process, subsequently conducting root cause analysis and developing process improvement initiatives.
5. Explore and implement opportunities for improvement where practicable.
6. Produce written reports for senior leadership on audit outputs.
7. Maintain Integral's certifications, accreditations, memberships, and licences.
8. Contribute relevant inputs during RFI / RFP / PQQ activities.
9. Ensure that all IMS documentation is current, relevant, and uploaded to the ICDL.
10. Provide relevant reports on documentation requiring review, is in-date, due for update, and other data as required.
11. Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
12. Assist in internal investigations.
13. Perform other relevant duties as required.
Experience and Qualifications (Preferred, but not essential)
1. Experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
2. Membership of a professional body e.g. CQI, IIRSM, IOSH, IET, etc.
3. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor Certified.
4. ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Internal Auditor Certified.
5. ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Internal Auditor Certified.
6. IOSH/IIRSM Certificate in Risk Management or similar.
7. IOSH/NCRQ Certificate in Health and Safety or similar.
8. Incident Investigation Trained.
9. A discipline-specific trade qualification.
10. Proficient with MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
11. Maintains CPD.
