The Opportunity
With a cutting-edge network in high-traffic locations like gyms and student accommodations, this company is rapidly expanding its footprint, delivering over 10 million impressions every two weeks. Backed by significant investment, they’re on an exciting growth journey—and they need a talented Account Director to help drive revenue and solidify their position as a leader in the Gen Z advertising space.
What You’ll Do
1. Drive Revenue Growth: Cultivate existing relationships and forge new ones within agencies, specialists, and direct clients.
2. Develop Strategy: Work closely with leadership to shape and execute the commercial approach.
3. Create Impactful Campaigns: Deliver creative proposals that resonate with clients and drive results.
4. Build Partnerships: Establish long-term collaborations with leading brands looking to reach a highly engaged audience.
5. Socialise and Network: Represent the company at events and entertain clients to strengthen relationships.
6. Deliver Results: Achieve KPIs and sales targets while helping the business scale to new heights.
What You’ll Bring
1. A natural flair for sales and relationship building.
2. A target-driven mindset with a creative approach to generating revenue.
3. 4+ years of experience in media sales, with OOH expertise being highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
5. A tech-savvy attitude, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
6. A sociable and confident personality, paired with strong negotiation skills.
