Membership Administrator Location: Chertsey, £26,000Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work a 4 day week, if preferredThis role involves handling membership queries, maintaining databases, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative tasks within the organisation will also be required. Key Responsibilities: Membership Administration & Customer Service Process renewals, new memberships, and payments accurately. Maintain membership and accounting databases. Handle queries via phone and email. Advise members on benefits General & Administrative Support Handle enquiries, calls, and correspondence. Maintain accurate database records. Assist in preparing documents for meetings and events. Support office staff, particularly the Operations Manager. Provide cover for the admin team as needed. Requirements: Experience in membership administration, customer service, or a similar role. Strong database management and data entry skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of accounting functions. Ability to work independently and within a small, fast-paced team.
