Membership Administrator Location: Chertsey, £26,000Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work a 4 day week, if preferredThis role involves handling membership queries, maintaining databases, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative tasks within the organisation will also be required.Key Responsibilities:Membership Administration & Customer Service
* Process renewals, new memberships, and payments accurately.
* Maintain membership and accounting databases.
* Handle queries via phone and email.
* Advise members on benefits
General & Administrative Support
* Handle enquiries, calls, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate database records.
* Assist in preparing documents for meetings and events.
* Support office staff, particularly the Operations Manager.
* Provide cover for the admin team as needed.
Requirements:
1. Experience in membership administration, customer service, or a similar role.
2. Strong database management and data entry skills.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
