We are looking for an Administrator to join the Inputs Team at Frontier, based in Hermitage, on a permanent, full-time basis. You will ensure that the administration for the Crop Protection team is always up to date. Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail Being able to adopt a flexible approach to work Experience of meeting deadlines and dealing with pressure associated with these An effective team player Have a natural, positive, can-do attitude Your Role As an Administrator your role will involve: Ensuring all crop protection orders are entered accurately Liaising with distribution to ensure all orders are delivered within required timeframe. Reviewing stock on a daily basis and liaising with the Crop Protection Coordinator / stock purchasing on requirements. Liaising with agronomists to price up work carried out and use price lists for any chemical products supplied. Ensuring any administration queries from customers, sales team, credit control etc are dealt with efficiently and developing good working relationships with key customers. Answering incoming calls to Hermitage office, dealing with any queries where possible and carrying out any administration work Ensuring that the company Health and Safety objectives for your area of responsibility are met. Assisting the Site Manager to carry out risk assessments and ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed. Reporting deficiencies in safe systems of work, procedures, controls, work practices etc to the Site Manager Ensuring all deliveries abide by the terms of ADR regulations Reporting and assisting in the investigation of accidents and near misses as required Coordinating seed samples and occasional lab work during Harvest Assisting with coordination of grain sampling at harvest time About Us Frontier is a successful and growing business.
