We are seeking to appoint an Learning Support Assistant to:
* Provide classroom support to pupils under the direction of the teacher.
* Provide general support to pupils in line with special educational needs.
* Escort pupils around school premises/and take home.
You will have:
* GCSE Maths and GCSE English (Level 4 and above)
* Experience of working in a school environment
* The ability to motivate students and a desire to make a positive contribution to their education
* The ability to manage challenging behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy
* A commitment to the ethos of the school.
