Showroom Assistant Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Location: Leigh on Sea Salary: TBC Our client is currently seeking a Showroom Assistant to support their operations at their showroom. Day-to-day of the role: Liaise with fitting teams and interact with clients both over the phone and in person at the showroom. Handle quoting and manage client inquiries. Receive telephone calls, assist with queries, and forward messages to the appropriate personnel. Perform general clerical duties including sending emails via Outlook, typing, filing, photocopying, data input on Excel, and assisting in the preparation of cut sheets for factory workers and subsequent paperwork. Required Skills & Qualifications: Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills. Good level of mathematics. Clear handwriting and a good level of English. Accurate computer skills, including moderate competence in Excel. Attention to detail. Confident telephone manner. Reliable and looking for permanent employment. Training will be provided.
