We are seeking a dynamic, passionate SEN Teacher to join our small independent SEN School in the heart of Trafford. This is a full-time, long-term role with an outstanding opportunity to secure a permanent contract and grow alongside a team of dedicated professionals. Our school offers a bespoke curriculum developed by specialists, focusing on interactive, hands-on, and outdoor learning experiences for pupils aged 8 to 16. Based on your experience and background, you will be placed suitably with KS2, KS3, or KS4 pupils - an ideal role for any SEN Teacher looking for progression and real classroom impact.
SEN Teacher Key Responsibilities
* As a SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils aged 8 to 16.
* The SEN Teacher will adapt and implement a bespoke curriculum, ensuring lessons are hands-on and dynamic.
* The SEN Teacher is expected to integrate outdoor learning into daily activities to enhance student engagement.
* SEN Teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils' academic and personal development.

SEN Teacher Requirements
* Proven experience as a SEN Teacher in working with pupils (experience with KS2, KS3, or KS4 is essential).
* Must hold a valid driving licence - a key requirement for any SEN Teacher in our community.
* A passion for outdoor learning and the ability to deliver interactive, hands-on lessons as a SEN Teacher .
