Associate Director/Senior Manager – Private Equity Value Creation
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is investing heavily in the growth of its Private Equity Value Creation practice. This team partners with private equity clients across the transaction lifecycle, providing expertise in pre-deal operational due diligence and post-deal value creation activities such as integration, separation, and 100-day planning.
You will work with an experienced team of industry professionals with deep operational and IT expertise, helping clients identify value-creation opportunities and design execution plans to achieve their strategic goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager within the Private Equity Value Creation team, you will:
* Lead project delivery, collaborating with senior client stakeholders to execute high-impact initiatives within tight timeframes.
* Contribute to business origination by supporting pitches, presentations, and other sales activities.
* Advise clients across sectors, helping key decision-makers develop and execute value-creation strategies.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Support internal practice development, ensuring the team remains a dynamic and rewarding workplace.
