The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
They operate a range of Supported Living services in Conwy, Denbighshire, and Wrexham, providing person-centred, responsive support for the people they support in their own homes.
Support is available 24 hours a day. Their staff work closely with local GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, and community/learning disability nurses where relevant, ensuring support is tailored to those they assist.
The organisation provides support at various properties, where each person has their own bedroom that they can decorate as they choose. They support people in creating homely, welcoming environments that they are proud to call their own.
