Working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 min lunch break, this is an office based position.
Car parking and 29 days holiday inclusive ofBank Holidays.
As the administrator your duties will be varied and will include:-
* Processing purchase and sales orders & invoices
* Set up new starters, including creating new starter packs, and health and safety induction
* Answering phone calls and email correspondence
* Assisting the marketing department as required
* Greeting visitors at reception and looking after visitors
* ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN ADMINISTRATOR:
* Polite and professional manner
* Good computer skills essential
* Keen eye for detail and organised approach
