We are welcoming applicants for the role of Organisational Development Lead within our small and friendly Culture, Engagement and Organisational Development team.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering OD programmes to support the Trust’s Vision and Strategic Plan. Working directly with our Clinical Care Groups and Corporate teams to improve the culture and leadership across the Trust.
Duties
We are looking to recruit a colleague who is approachable, kind, and competent in the role of OD Lead, the duties of which include:
* Working on Culture and Change Programmes at a Trust, Team, and individual level, supporting Leaders throughout the Trust to lead in line with Trust Values and in line with the NHS People Promise.
* To work as an effective team member, initiating and supporting programs of Organisational Development work.
* Understanding the NHS Agenda and how OD supports transformation at a Trust and System level.
* To provide coaching to NHS colleagues at all levels.
* To build good, collaborative relationships with Leaders across the Trust and with external Partners.
