Administration Support: Bournemouth Town Centre - 40 hours per week. Full job description: Countrywide Roofing & Insultation is looking for an office administrator to work with our small, friendly team in Bournemouth Town Centre, supporting our roofing department. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills, good communication/interpersonal skills and a friendly approach. Attention to detail is an absolute must, as well as a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who is flexible who is able to evolve with the job. Key Responsibilities: - Support our roofing department in all aspects of work from the start to completion of roofing projects. - Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records within our CRM (Monday.com) for example, uploading building applications, material & scaffolding quotes with all information being documented on our CRM system. - Provide direct support to Directors Craig & Rhys on the day-to-day running of the roofing department, plus the occasional requirement to assist various other departments within the business. - Perform general office duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails. - Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, quotations, and send letters/emails on behalf of Directors. - Maintain relationships and communication with existing clients and suppliers; this will involve regular updates with our clients during the course of work, maintaining a friendly relationship between ourselves and the client. - Organisation all paperwork for works with a visible view for the Directors to easily access -Supporting when required the administrative lead - Liaising with our lead installers on site (via the phone), scaffolding companies, council building control and material suppliers. Skills: - Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, sheets, slides). - Experience with Monday.com or other CRM software is preferred. - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - Typing speed and accuracy - Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills. -Strong personality that is happy to deal with difficult situations with clients and suppliers.
