The Role
The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure compliant and co-ordinated management of company and customer assets. You will advise, deliver and implement companywide stores solutions and best working practises. In addition, you will manage and control air resupply movements of assets and personnel to St Kilda.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Be responsible to the Hebrides Stores Team Lead (TL) ensuring that all aspects of range central storehouse facilities are delivered to best practise and in accordance with the QinetiQ polices, instructions and guidelines ensuring a continued safe and effective environment
2. Ensure management of all asset accounts and good including requisitions, receipt, storage, transportation and distribution of stores in partnership with Hebrides supporting agencies and maintenance service providers
3. Manage the security of the range central stores building and contents in accordance with best practise, QinetiQ guidelines, MoD asset management and specific controls such as ITAR
4. Provide direct support to the Stores Team Lead with respect to administration of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Asset Management
Essential experience of the Warehouse Coordinator:
5. We are open to varied experience, as on-the-job training will be provided
6. It would be desirable if you had experience working in stores/warehouses

This role is full time 37 hours per week based at MoD Hebrides.
