Telephone Support Advisor

Are you comfortable with speaking to customers on a day-to-day basis? Are you looking to be heavily invested in while working for an Engineering company where you will provide technical support and be trained on CAD with future scope for career progression?
This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer service focused and interested in design or engineering products, wanting to start their career and receive comprehensive training with excellent career prospects.
The Role:
Office based, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
1. Responsible for handling incoming queries via phone calls, emails, portal, and live chats. Responding to these within the agreed target time and meeting any agreed personal targets.
2. Diagnose, log, action, and follow through to resolution of cases, including escalations, while keeping the customer informed of progress.
3. Ensure cases are kept up to date, managing any outstanding cases in line with agreed demarcations.

1. Customer service focused background with an interest in engineering or design.
