Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Inspire and support managers to achieve high-performing teams that embody our ETHOS values.
Quality & Compliance: Oversee service delivery to ensure care meets and exceeds regulatory and internal standards.
Safeguarding & Best Practice: Act as the portfolio’s safeguarding lead and promote continuous improvement through self-audits and learning opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with commissioners, regulators, and internal teams to drive service excellence.
Commercial Success: Monitor and enhance service performance, occupancy, and financial sustainability.
