Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that align with the KS1 curriculum, ensuring all pupils make progress and achieve their potential.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s education and well-being.
* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events, activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a KS1 setting.
* Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
* A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* A proactive and creative approach to teaching, with a passion for inspiring young learners.
