What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative with a primary trade as an experienced Carpenter & Joiner. We are looking for a candidate with experience in fire door and fire safety installations, along with basic skills in other trades such as void refurbishment, painting and decorating, and plumbing.
We want a passionate Multi Skilled Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs/voids team environment. You will be responsible for reporting individual job actions from the site to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.
Role Criteria:
Can you demonstrate that you have:
* Carpentry & Joinery experience with a background in fire door and fire safety installations
* Additional multi-skills including Refurbishment, Bricklaying, Tiling, Plumbing, Plastering, and Decorating
* A trade-relevant qualification or a background in 3 or more trades
* Good written & verbal communication skills, numeracy skills, and the ability to understand & follow standard operating procedures. Ability to use a PDA following training.
* A full and current driving licence, able to work alone or as part of a team, demonstrating company values such as customer first.
* Willingness to participate in the out of hours call-out service due to the nature of this work.
