We are seeking individuals to provide excellent person-centred care and support to women and their families at out mental health service in South Manchester. You will assist and develop the everyday living skills of our service users and support them to enjoy a wide range of activities. In provision of this care, we require warm, motivated and person centred individuals with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans.
We require positive and enthusiastic individuals who will work collaboratively to encourage the tenants and their families to live socially inclusive lives. The staff must be able to build a trusting, friendly and non-judgmental rapport with all service users.
Our Housing Support Workers help to:

• Find positive move on in housing and in life
• Improve their relationships

Experience of providing care and support to individuals with mental health needs is desirable but not essential. We value a desire and commitment to work alongside young people, promoting positive change in their lives and helping them to achieve their aspirations.
