Your care and support role will - help people to live in their own home for longer, by support to carryout everyday living tasks. In turn enabling people to have healthier and happier lives. As a Care and Support Worker, no two days are the same. Your role will be to deliver care and support plans whilst continuing to encourage people to remain in control of their lives in their own home.
