About the job
This is an AMAZING time to join the Marketing Team! As the Assistant Marketing Manager you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to assist in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the pubs.
As this is a dynamic role, the successful applicant will be a fundamental player of the marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of supporting the brand concepts, working to create a commercial marketing plan that inspires, educates and activates solutions!
About you!
* Ideally you will have 3-5 years foodservice, hospitality, retail marketing experience
* Experience of taking the latest market insights & trends to develop marketing activations that deliver experiences that Delight Every Guest!
* A flair for digital marketing would be great! You'll work closely with the Digital & Creative team to develop & implement digital marketing plans to target, engage guests and drive sales growth across pubs.
* The ability to work in a very fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment that loves to shake things up is must!
Key Skills Required:
Planning & Execution: Working closely with key internal / external stakeholders to develop and execute smooth campaigns and projects across various channels (e.g., digital, print, events).
Collaboration: Work closely with operations and property teams to ensure concept/brand guidelines are being adhered to according to the latest concept and segmentation guides.
Communication: Create regional campaign/ project toolkits & work closely with operations and property teams to ensure concept/brand guidelines are being adhered to according to the latest concept and segmentation guides.
