We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to fill a maternity leave position for up to 12 months.
Duties
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
2. Respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues collaboratively.
3. Process sales orders and keep customers updated on production and delivery statuses.
4. Liaise with transport providers to coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with company procedures while performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years of practical customer service experience; experience in an SME manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
2. Professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.
3. Enthusiastic self-starter with a positive attitude and effective phone communication skills.
4. Ability to independently prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
5. GCSE or equivalent in English and Math, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
