Role summary:
To be responsible for developing, executing, and managing ANIT projects within the defined scope within the Nutrition International (ANI) EURISA (Europe, Russia, Israel, South Africa, Turkey) business area with extended support to the ANI MENAP (Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan) business area.
To provide direct support to the ANI EMEA business area. This role will expedite, manage, and coordinate a multitude of interrelated IT project activities within the contractions of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Main responsibilities:
* Initiate and Plan IT Projects: Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.
* Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget
* Executing and Closing Projects: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders
* Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, Department and Division management
* Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities. Supervises and motivates cross-functional project team of business analysts, developers, and validation analysts
* Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
Skills & experience:
* History of achievement in project management, achieving timeline and resource targets.
* Strong customer facing skills, with the ability to translate complicated technical needs for various non-technical audiences.
* Excellent ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build consensus, understanding the different priorities in various teams / departments.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
* Strong trouble shooting and problem- solving skills.
* Must be able to multitask in the role with little supervision and many demands from many constituents.
* Positive attitude and a desire to drive modern technologies and solutions.
* In depth knowledge of IT networks and CRM solutions such as Salesforce.
* Must be able to use that background as the basis for making assessments of the future requirements of ANI EURISA, MENAP, and the advantageous impacts that decisions can deliver to our customers.
* Understanding of the commercial value chain.
* Understanding of customer service / patient care centre issues, partner technologies (e.g. Avaya, Microsoft, Vodafone) and their architectures.
* Ability to learn technologies quickly.
