Our award-winning client is seeking a People Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month FTC. Your core focus will be providing high quality support, working across all areas of the HR function: recruitment & induction, Learning and Development, H&S, compliance, record keeping, Cascade and performance management, ensuring that the HR department runs efficiently.
The job holder will be the first point of contact for employees dealing with various HR administration/coordination queries that arise throughout the business, escalating to the correct parts of the business when necessary.
Key skills/requirements:
1. Experience of recruitment, engagement, and learning within a commercial environment
2. Stakeholder management at all levels
3. Experience of working within an HR team
4. Experience of delivering HR initiatives
5. Ability to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Excellent organisation and time management skills
