Job Description
* Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Processing HR-related paperwork
* Coordinating training and development activities
* Communicating effectively with employees regarding HR matters
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes
* Complying with all relevant laws and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience working within a HR department
* An understanding of HR laws and regulations
* A proactive, can-do attitude
