If so, Agincare wants YOU to be a part of our dedicated team as a Live-In Field Care Supervisor As a Live In Care Field Care Supervisor, you’ll oversee and support care teams across various locations. While working primarily remotely, you’ll travel to client homes to conduct assessments, mentor care workers, and ensure exceptional care delivery. You will love the flexibility of remote work with the impact of in-person visits, perfect for you if you’re someone who is organized, self-motivated, and passionate about maintaining high care standards. Where you'll be working: Must be willing to travel across the Central & North regions. As an Agincare employee you'll enjoy: Up to £26,000 per year (Plus an opportunity to earn up to an additional £6000 per year via on call.) A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level Well organised and self-motivated A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor Client Visits & Assessments: Regularly visit clients to assess their care needs and ensure they are receiving the best possible care. Team Leadership: Mentor and support care workers, providing guidance and ensuring their well-being. Quality Assurance: Ensure all care plans are followed and the highest standards of care are maintained.
