Main duties of the job

A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is required. Ideally, you'll have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. Your passion for people means you'll go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents. You will need your own car or ready access to one, and mileage will be covered for travel over five miles from your main home.
