We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor to join our team in Gloucestershire on a Part-Time basis: a busy and thriving branch with an amazing team of people.
We are one of the UK's biggest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing and accessories, with 16 stores across the UK. Our Gloucester store, which opened its doors in 2024, is a vibrant and dynamic space spread across two levels, packed with top-quality motorcycle gear. It’s home to a passionate and enthusiastic team who are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
1. Delivering outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to make customers happy.
2. Building relationships to fully identify customer needs and providing recommendations and advice using product knowledge.
3. Helping the team meet daily sales targets and boosting store success by promoting seasonal and special items, including our Club Infinity loyalty system.
4. Maintaining the appearance of the store by keeping it clean and tidy, and checking off incoming and outgoing deliveries.
What you'll need:
We are looking for people with a real desire to learn and make our customers happy. You will need to be confident and enthusiastic, and enjoy working in a busy retail environment.
Having a motorcycle license is not a requirement but would be a massive bonus!
Previous experience within retail and ideally a motorcycle retail environment would be beneficial but not essential. Full training on product inventory will be provided by appointment.
A full understanding of the English language is required.
