Sales Team Leader: £12.49 rising to £13 per hour.
Starting salary equivalent of £15,587.52 rising to £16,224 per year, plus overtime.
Our store in Shoreham is looking for a minimum 24 hours a week Sales Team Leader.
As a Sales Team Leader at Dunelm, you’ll set and always aim towards store targets and key performance indicators whilst being dedicated to our foundation colleagues, our Sales Assistants. Our Team Leaders are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store. They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling, and hosting whole store team briefs. You will also contribute to the recruitment of new colleagues, their training, and support them throughout each day.

What you'll be doing
* You will be completely focused on the performance and experience of our people; both colleagues and customers.
* Training and continued professional development of your team is vital and our Made-to-Measure department will be your second home, so it’s vital you ensure Dunelm’s merchandising efforts meet expectations and monitor how they ultimately affect the performance of your team.
* Contribute to the recruitment and training of new colleagues and be a valued member of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling, and hosting whole store team briefs.

* Your respectful and committed nature will ensure that the care of your team is of high priority to you and working closely with other Team Leaders throughout the store, as well as the Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager, means you’ll be an effective communicator, committed to success throughout both your department and the entirety of Dunelm.
