If so, AEG Presents, the touring, festival, and mid-sized venue division of AEG Europe, is looking for a Box Office Manager who will run venue ticketing provisions from event confirmation through to the event night at Watford Colosseum.
Your role will include:
* Managing the day-to-day ticketing functions including:
o Manifest creation;
o Setting up and managing show allocations and holds on AXS back-end system;
o Sending show confirmations and allocations; managing presales and on sales;
* Monitoring ticket allocations to maximise sales through AXS.
* Providing sales maps and reporting on a show-by-show basis.
* Producing show settlements.
* Working closely with our primary ticketing partner AXS to fully utilise their ticketing system, and becoming an expert user and team trainer.
* Liaising with promoter teams on all aspects of their event ticketing.
* Keeping up to date on accessibility requirements, such as The Attitude Is Everything charter and the Nimbus Access Card who are a key partner.
* Line management of the box office team, as well as hourly employees working on event nights.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a box office environment within the live entertainment industry.
* Expert knowledge of managing ticketing within venues, with the ability to grasp new information quickly.
* Experience of managing a team, encouraging collaboration and getting the best out of people.
* Strong numerical skills and proficiency in delivering accurate reports.
* Ability to maximise revenue across all areas of venue ticketing wherever possible.

When: Interviews will be held 18th-21st February 2025. We're looking for someone to join the team in March 2025.
Where: You'll be based at the venue in Watford. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events.
