We are seeking reliable people who can deliver excellent customer service and join a friendly team that handles travel insurance-related service calls. Working from home – No commute to work 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (with 1 hour lunch break). You need to live near the Herne Bay/ Whitstable area, where your training will take place. It is telephone-based work. There is no cold calling, no face-to-face interaction with clients, and no sales targets. Travel Insurance Agent duties will include: Answering customer enquiries Arranging and setting up insurance policies to meet their needs and requirements Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships through your friendly communication skills and caring and sensitive approach. Have good customer service skills. Entering the customer's information on the database. Good computer skills are essential. Taking payments for products. Handling and escalating complaints where necessary. Essential You must live in the Herne Bay/ Whitstable area for training purposes. You will require a space to work undisturbed with a reliable internet connection. Full equipment - (monitor, telephone, work chair, etc) is provided Full training will be given. Experience in one of the following fields may be an advantage: Office Admin, Customer Service, Sales. Salary and Benefits Salary: £22,000 Annum. Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank holidays.
