Why You Should Join
TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle various pre-sales and post-sales functions. They process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence, respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services, promote and sell products, and resolve customer complaints. Your Daily Tasks
1. Serve as the primary contact for account partners in the UK.
2. Conduct contract reviews on orders and schedules, processing them in SAP.
3. Expedite orders as needed.
4. Handle requests for quotations.
5. Manage customer returns.
6. Investigate credit and debit requests, issuing credits/debits as necessary.
7. Conduct regular reviews with your account base regarding on-time delivery, backlog, and support issues.
8. Review and act on all relevant order reports.
9. Follow TESOG policies and procedures.
10. Proactively follow up on quotes.
What Your Background Should Look Like
1. Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
2. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
3. Strong communication skills with all organizational levels.
4. Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
5. Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented working style.
6. Experience in customer handling in a highly customer-focused environment.
7. Experience with SAP is a plus but not essential.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
