Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Internal Sales Team Leader to oversee an existing, successful team of 4 Internal Sales Executives. A competitive salary of c£40k with a realistic OTE of £70k plus company profit share.
The successful candidate will have led an internal sales or account management team and have proven success in B2B sales. You will be used to working to and setting targets. Your communication and leadership skills will be excellent, and you will be able to motivate a sales team. You will have previous experience implementing a sales strategy. A strong knowledge of sales CRMs and utilizing it for reporting purposes is a prerequisite.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Ensure your team are achieving set performance targets.
2. Coach and mentor your team and ensure and provide the tools to support their success.
3. Take responsibility for any escalated enquiries passed from your team regarding sales contracts or service issues.
4. Manage high-profile sales opportunities.
5. Roll out the sales strategy and provide input and reports regarding your team's performance during sales meetings.
6. Highlight and reward your team's successes and provide or organize training to support any knowledge gaps.
7. Ensure you contribute to the overall success and growth model of the company.
