We at Assist Mobility are a family run company looking to welcome a full time Customer Service representative for our E-Commerce websites. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by improving the quality of life for customers who are less fortunate, with the benefit of working from home.Key Responsibilities Include
* Customer Interaction - Engage with customers over the phone and via email, ensuring a friendly and patient approach
* Order Management - Accurately take orders over the phone and enter them onto our software system. Also payment/management of invoices
* Organisational Skills - Manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating excellent context-switching abilities
* Written communication - Communicate effectively via email with strong writing skills when dealing with our customers and suppliers
* Innovation and improvement - Show a willingness to learn and challenge existing processes by contributing new ideas to enhance the overall customer experience
We are looking for candidates ideally with the following experience/credentials:
* Someone with a proven and stable background in Customer Service based roles, ideally over the phone
* A quick thinker who works well under pressure and the ability to multi-task
* Proficient with using Microsoft Word and Excel to a competent level, also any previous use of an order management system would be ideal however we offer full training on our system (Shopify, SwitchBoard Free, Confluence)
* A patient person who has a kind and empathetic approach to assisting customers
* Organised and detail orientated
* Ideally someone with a solution based mindset who is comfortable making decisions themselves without the need for guidance
