As Head of Sales UKI (New Business), you will be instrumental in establishing ourselves as an open internet market leader in the UKI. Your focus will be on building and leading Sales Executives Team responsible for New Business acquisitions across UKI while providing feedback, coaching, and training them to achieve sales quotas. Develop, execute, and refine the go-to-market strategy for New Business acquisition. Maintain and grow the pipeline to hit revenue targets. Develop and oversee the Outbound playbook and process while continuously delivering new, precisely targeted campaigns. Work closely with BDR/SDR, ABM & Marketing teams on all activities related to Outbound efforts. Personally engage in selling our solutions to Top customers. You will demonstrate sales excellence while leading by example to inspire your sales team. Report on key metrics and forecasts to the Country Manager maintaining a clear understanding of sales performance across the full cycle. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting a high level of motivation and commitment among team members. Continually evaluate and improve sales processes and tools, recommend changes and enhancements when necessary. Desired Experience: Over 5 years of sales leadership experience in a UKI Mid-Market and Enterprise context, with a focus on the Digital-Natives market is required. Knowledge and experience in the Digital Marketing sector are a significant advantage. Expertise in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipelines, and achieving revenue targets. A process-oriented and data-driven approach. Consistent achievement of sales goals with high Seller Participation. Experience and proficiency in Outbound efforts tactics, techniques, and tools. Curiosity to learn technologies and articulate them in a way that underscores business value to senior or executive stakeholders. Values thoughtful and clear communication, and shows a strong desire to give and receive feedback promptly. A high sense of urgency and ownership coupled with empathy and compassion in leadership style. A strong network within the UK Media Industry across direct clients, specifically within retail, travel and classifieds verticals is highly desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and the RTB model is advantageous.
