As a Project Manager at STS Defence, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a dynamic, client-facing role, with an added focus on business development. You will be responsible for maintaining momentum, fostering enthusiasm, and ensuring that all project requirements are met with integrity and precision. Duties: Planning, maintaining and delivering effective projects, proactively monitoring and actively influencing progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action Working throughout the project lifecycle from the pre-initiation stage, through definition and execution to final closure and post project review Understanding of the bid development process, providing input into pre-qualification questionnaires, Invitation to Tender proposals and production of project implementation schedules, Risk and Opportunity registers and risk mitigation plans
