Our Sussex studio seeks a motivated and forward-thinking Residential Architect with experience of working on small to medium residential and mixed-use projects at RIBA stages 0-3.

Position Overview
As a Residential Architect with ECE, you would have the opportunity to work with our fantastic team to design and deliver a wide range of projects, ensuring the realisation of concepts into tangible, functional spaces.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
1. ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 1-3 years UK experience, post qualified.
2. Experience working on small to medium scale residential projects from inception to achieving planning consent.
3. An understanding of residential layout design regarding housing-led schemes.
4. Professional communication skills both internally and externally.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of planning and Building Regulation requirements.

Studio
ECE Sussex is a modern, highly sociable studio, just a stone throw from the seafront in West Sussex.
The studio is conveniently located within a short walk of Worthing and East Worthing train station and there is free parking within a 15-minute walk.
