About the Role: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our Facilities Management team. Your main responsibility will be to provide key asset information to support business operations and ensure compliance. You will use your expertise in SharePoint, MS Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 tools to develop customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong working relationships with engineers, project teams, and service providers. Adhere to procedures and standards for efficient asset information management. Anticipate and resolve issues proactively. Motivate and assist team members. Support site audits by preparing asset information. Collaborate with the Asset Information Team to deliver user-friendly information. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Keep your training tracker up to date. Core Activities: Monitor the AIT mailbox and address requests within the SLA. Deliver innovative solutions using SharePoint, MS Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 tools. Administer the client's SharePoint collections. Manage and maintain the Asset Information Resource (AIR) site. Ensure data accuracy within and between systems. Provide guidance on content and documentation submission on SharePoint sites. Train users on AIR and other managed sites. Review and update local procedures and standards. Prioritize workload against key dates. Complete department-related paperwork and documentation timely. Ensure adherence to operational policies, including Health and Safety. Contribute to process improvements. Record tasks on the Visual Planning Display (VPD). Request and act on feedback monthly. Participate in 1-to-1 and PDR meetings. Undertake duties as required. Qualifications: Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite. Structured work approach with attention to detail and ability to prioritize. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent management and people skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to interact with staff at all levels. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform applications and SharePoint. Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and database management. Understanding of low-code/no-code solutions. Strong technical problem-solving skills. Understanding of change, revision control, document status, and lifecycle. Why Join Us?
