Fleet Coordinator
Our client works within the environmental industry and they are looking for a Fleet Coordinator due to growth. You will be supporting the Fleet team to ensure the operational side of the business runs smoothly.
This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based.
Key tasks:
* Provide first-line support to colleagues on all matters related to the fleet
* Address and resolve queries and requests promptly and efficiently.
* Ensure fleet operations comply with regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with departments like Finance, HR, and Procurement to align fleet operations with business objectives.
* Oversee the organisation of Group Vehicle Requirements, including spot hire, rental, and contract hire.
* Record and track changes to vehicle and driver information as needed.
* Manage the Group's tolls, congestion charges, and ULEZ accounts.
* Handle administrative tasks related to fleet forms and documentation.
* Update the system with information such as license checks, parking notices, road tax, and other relevant details.
* Process fleet invoices
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
1. Previous experience with Fleet Management
2. Strong MS Excel skills - ideally with good working knowledge of pivot tables and formula’s
