As an Internal Sales Administrator, you’ll support the back-office sales function by managing tenders, quotes, and administrative tasks. You will ensure that all sales processes follow internal procedures, provide assistance to field sales and colleagues across departments, and maintain high customer service standards, contributing to the seamless operation and success of our sales efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities
Documentation
* Maintain and improve internal documentation processes.
* Compile and update reports/schedules using software such as Microsoft Office, sharing information with colleagues as needed.
* Liaise with production to ensure accurate internal and external planning data and effective communication.
* Take ownership of the Internal Commercial Sales Process.
* Accurately and effectively enter information into the CRM system.
Customer Service
* Establish and uphold excellent customer relations professionally and efficiently.
* Resolve Field Sales and Customer inquiries regarding project/quotation status and provide accurate feedback.
* Maintain high standards of customer service skills and computer literacy.

General
* Follow oral and written instructions on assigned tasks.
* Participate in the planning and coordination of new products from supplier to end user.
* Maintain office equipment in good condition and availability.
Quality & Environmental Responsibilities
