NATS is the UK’s leading air navigation service provider, handling over 2 million flights each year. Role Purpose The job holder will be responsible for managing high volume internal and external recruitment campaigns. Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers and business stakeholders. Lead assigned continuous improvement and change projects within the team to ensure delivery of best practice recruitment practices. Accountabilities Support the Specialist Recruitment Manager in ensuring the delivery of recruitment best practice. Manage internal and external recruitment campaigns in line with defined SLAs. Develop sound relationships with designated business areas. Be a champion of candidate experience, so that even unsuccessful candidates leave the process with a positive image of NATS. Ensure NATS attracts a diverse talent pool and support project work with Corporate Communications team on employer branding. Support and lead aspects of the recruitment D&I action plan and related activity. Assist with high volume recruitment campaigns such as Trainee Air Traffic Controller and Early Careers. Lead assessment centres following defined NATS methodologies. Maintain applicant data and provide accurate business information as required. Manage onboarding activities e.g. offer paperwork, medical/security clearances, background referencing Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Personal Qualities Essential An experienced recruiter with applied knowledge of recruitment policies and procedures across the full end to end recruitment process. Knowledge of GDPR compliance in recruitment Must possess sound IT skills and experience using a recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Detail orientated and confident administering a large volume of activity, covering multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to plan, prioritise own workload and cope under pressure Number and data-driven, confident producing reports for stakeholders The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing at all levels and ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality Demonstrates and displays a good understanding of effective teamwork A passion for providing a high standard of recruitment and candidate experience Desirable Experience running assessment centres highly desirable Understanding of legislation relevant to recruitment together with an active interest in keeping up to date with best practise recruitment trends and developments NATS have adopted an agile working approach and will support the option to work remotely and/or on-site giving greater flexibility.
