Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Training Consultant to join our Community Transformation Programme team. This role will be responsible for researching, sourcing, co-designing/co-developing, and facilitating training, learning and development sessions for staff across the Birmingham and Solihull (BSol) Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, under the BSol Community Mental Health Transformation Programme. We are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in co-designing and facilitating training to various staff groups, meeting training needs and supporting the learning and development of staff groups. Main duties of the job The role will include sourcing relevant training, as well as supporting the co-design, co-development and facilitation/co-facilitation of a number of training courses for staff members, linking in with Trust-wide learning and development opportunities and programmes. The training will support the learning and development of colleagues across the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, ensuring adequate and appropriate baseline training levels for staff, with a strong focus on trauma-informed, service user-focused training, underpinned by equality, diversity and inclusion principles. The role includes both sourcing and facilitating training, as well as keeping accurate records of training requirements and achievements across staff teams, and liaising with relevant colleagues to ensure a robust, comprehensive training offer to staff teams.
